I started following the meal plan at 106kg. At first I was just following the meal plan, nothing else and with just changing my diet I had lost 27kg within the first 6 months. 

The thing I like most about this meal plan is that I never really have to think about what I want to eat. There is so many different meals to choose from. Thanks to the meal plan I have changed my eating habits completely. I used to eat a huge portion of everything late at night but now it’s just a small balanced meal and I don’t even need more as I have eaten properly all day. I have quit random snacking and alcohol, instead of white sugar I use stevia based sweeteners. It has really boosted my energy. 

Of course there have been some hard times but Fitlap has a very good and friendly support group with hundreds of people to help out. In the beginning, my friends and family were shocked it was possible to lose weight with the amount of food I was eating but it’s not about the quantity of food, it’s about the quality. A lot of those doubters are now using the meal plan themselves. 

My advice to anyone who thinks about starting: do it! And do it now!
