Honey & apple porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Milk, semi-skimmed
  • Yoghurt, Greek, full-fat
  • Walnuts
  • Apple
  • Honey

Method

  • Put the oats, milk, and choppped apple into a pot
  • Season with a pinch of salt (optional) and cinnamon
  • Bring to the boil over a medium heat and then simmer on a low heat until thick
  • Top with greek yoghurt, honey and walnuts and serve
