Blueberry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • Oats

    25g

  • Almonds

    (15 pc) 15g

  • Yoghurt, natural (Fat 3,5%)

    (7.7 tbsp) 115g

  • Milk, semi-skimmed

    (0.3 cups) 70g

  • Blueberries

    80g

  • Strawberries

    60g

  • Honey

    (0.1 tbsp) 3g

Method

  • Put the oats, milk, quark, honey and cinnamon in a bowl (or tupperware if you're planning to eat on the go) and stir to mix well
  • Top with the berries and almonds
  • Cover with cling film or a lid and pop in the fridge overnight
  • No blueberries? You can swap blueberries and strawberries for any other type of berry using our ingredient swap tool
