Almond & honey porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats

    30g

  • Milk, semi-skimmed

    (0.8 cups) 200g

  • Almonds

    (15 pc) 15g

  • Banana

    (0.3 pc) 30g

  • Raisins

    (10 pc) 10g

  • Honey

    (0.1 tbsp) 3g

Method

  • Put the oats, milk, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a pot over a medium heat
  • Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes until thick
  • Mash the banana in a bowl
  • Add the banana and raisins to the porridge and stir well to combine
  • Serve and top with almonds and honey
