Gingerbread overnight oats

Ingredients

  • Oats

    30g

  • Banana

    (0.5 pc) 60g

  • Protein Powder, Whey, Stevia-Vanilla

    15g

  • Pecans

    (5 pc) 10g

  • Yoghurt, Greek, non-fat

    (4 tbsp) 65g

  • Almond milk

    (0.4 cups) 85g

  • Honey

    (0.2 tbsp) 4g

Method

  • Put the oats, milk, yoghurt, protein powder and spices in a bowl (or tupperware if you're planning to eat on the go)
  • Mash the banana and add to the oats
  • Scatter the pecans and drizzle the honey on top
  • Cover with cling film or a lid and pop in the fridge overnight
