Ground Meat Soup

Ingredients

  • Beef mince, 10% fat

    90g

  • Potatoes

    (0.6 pc) 90g

  • Green peas, frozen

    60g

  • Carrot

    (1.2 pc) 85g

  • Olive oil

    (0.2 tsp) 3g

  • Soured cream

    (0.8 tbsp) 10g

  • Cabbage

    100g

  • Onion

    (0.4 pc) 30g

Method

  • Fry ground meat with shredded carrots and chopped onion in the drop of oil until lightly brown.
  • Dice potatoes and cabbage and transfer together with green peas into boiling water. Simmer at low temperature until lightly soft.
  • Add meat with carrots and onion to the soup and simmer for a further 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
