Bean Puree Soup with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • Kidney beans, tinned and drained

    205g

  • Cheese, parmesan

    (8 tbsp) 40g

  • Tomatoes, chopped, tinned

    170g

  • Garlic

    (1 pc) 5g

  • Onion

    (0.2 pc) 15g

Method

  • Put the red beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic and chillies into a pan on the stove top.
  • Add water so that the ingredients are covered.
  • Boil the mixture untit it is soft. Season with salt, chili powder and pepper.
  • Take the mixture from the stove and add parmesan cheese. Mix well.
