- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C (fan)/gas mark 6
- Blend everything in a food processor until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a silicone baking mould or non-stick tin
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Tip. Make 6 - 8 portions and serve as your snack throughout the week
