Ingredients

  • Oats

    25g

  • Eggs

    (1 pc) 75g

  • Yoghurt, Greek, full-fat

    (3 tbsp) 55g

  • Dates, pitted

    (1 pc) 10g

  • Coconut oil

    (0.3 tbsp) 4g

  • Cocoa powder

    14g

  • Honey

    (0.4 tbsp) 8g

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C (fan)/gas mark 6
  • Blend everything in a food processor until smooth
  • Pour the mixture into a silicone baking mould or non-stick tin
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Tip. Make 6 - 8 portions and serve as your snack throughout the week
