Banana & hazelnuts with chocolate sauce

Method

  • Slice the banana
  • Toast the nuts in a dry pan on a low heat for a few minutes
  • Melt the coconut oil
  • Add the cocoa powder and honey to the melted oil and stir until smooth
  • Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the banana and top with toasted hazelnuts
