Ingredients: 35 pc Hazelnuts; 1.3 pc Banana

Slice and then freeze the banana - the riper the banana, the better
Once frozen, put the banana slices into a blender or food processor and blend until creamy - add a little water or milk if the mixture is too thick
Roast hazelnuts in an un-oiled pan
Crush the hazelnuts into pieces once they have cooled. You can use a rolling pin or even a tin to do this.
Top the ice cream with the hazelnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon
