Potato wedges with tomatoes

Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 6
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and put onto a baking tray
  • Drizzle the oil over the wedges and rub with your hands to cover
  • Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until brown
  • Remove from the oven, scatter the grated cheese on top and put back in the oven until the cheese melts
  • Serve with the tomatoes
