Omelette, cottage cheese & banana

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Banana
  • Cottage cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Cucumber

Method

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a little water and add salt and pepper
  • Heat the oil in a pan on a low heat and add the eggs
  • Wait until the base of the omelette is set but the top is still slightly loose 
  • Fold in half and cook for a further 30 seconds
  • Serve with cottage cheese and cucumber
  • Save and enjoy the banana for dessert
