Ground Meat Sauce with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Beef mince, 10% fat
  • Potatoes
  • Milk, semi-skimmed
  • Olive oil
  • Rice flour
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Onion

Method

  • Boil potatoes.
  • Chop an onion (optional).
  • Fry ground meat and onions in olive oil until golden brown. Season.
  • Add some rice flour and fry lightly.
  • Add milk and simmer while the sauce thickens.
  • Serve with boiled potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
