Ham & eggs with pan-fried potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    (1.2 pc) 185g

  • Ham, smoked

    (3.6 slices) 75g

  • Eggs

    (1 pc) 70g

  • Olive oil

    (0.3 tsp) 4g

  • Tomatoes

    (1 pc) 90g

Method

  • Boil the potatoes
  • Allow the potatoes to cool slightly and then chop into cubes or slice into discs
  • Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat, add the potatoes and fry until browned
  • Add the ham and fry for a further 2 minutes
  • Fry the eggs in the same pan or separately
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve with the tomatoes
