Cauliflower pasta

Ingredients

  • Cheese, parmesan

    (7 tbsp) 35g

  • Pasta, whole wheat, all kinds

    35g

  • Cream, single

    25g

  • Cauliflower

    (1 cups) 150g

  • Olive oil

    (0.1 tsp) 2g

  • Onion

    (0.1 pc) 10g

Method

  • Boil the pasta as per the instructions
  • Drain the pasta and run it under cold water to prevent it from sticking together
  • Chop the cauliflower and onion and fry in oil for 5 minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper 
  • Add the cream and bring to the boil
  • Add the grated parmesan, stir and simmer until the mixture thickens
  • Serve on top of the pasta
