Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • Slice the beetroot into discs and put on a baking tray
  • Crumble the blue cheese over the beetroot
  • Bake tin the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese has melted
  • Serve with the cottage cheese
