Beef & potato mash

Ingredients

Method

  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 15 - 20 minutes, then drain
  • Fry the mince in a dry frying pan over a medium heat
  • Add the cooked potatoes to the pan with the mince and mash roughly with a potato masher or fork
  • Season with salt and pepper and fry for 1 minute
  • Top with grated cheese and serve the tomatoes on the side
