Method

  • Break the tofu into pieces and drop it straight into a food processor.
  • Add the dates, raisins, chia seeds and natural vanilla extract to the food processor and blend.
  • Roll into equal-sized balls and place on a plate or tray.
  • Place in the refridegrator to firm up then serve.
