Ingredients

  • Chia seeds

    (1.8 tbsp) 22g

  • Banana

    (0.8 pc) 100g

  • Almond milk

    (1.1 cups) 225g

  • Dates, pitted

    (2 pc) 15g

  • Protein Powder, Whey, Stevia-Chocolate

    10g

  • Cocoa powder

    10g

  • Spinach

    (1 handfuls) 30g

Method

  • Add everything to a blender with a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth
  • Quick tip. Skip the ice cubes a miss if you're using frozen bananas
