Mango & coconut smoothie

Method

  1. Add the mango, banana and coconut milk to a blender with a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth
  2. Add the chia seeds and put the smoothie in the fridge to stand for an hour
  3. Cooking tip: Allowing the mixture to stand in the fridge for an hour will make the smoothie much thicker but you can drink it immediately after adding the chia seeds, if you want. Both are delicious
