Chicken caesar salad

Ingredients

  • Bread, wholemeal

    (1 slices) 40g

  • Chicken breast

    (0.6 pc) 90g

  • Egg yolk

    (1 pc) 17g

  • Cheese, parmesan

    (2 tbsp) 10g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    (7 pc) 105g

  • Olive oil

    (0.1 tsp) 2g

  • Romaine lettuce

    (2 handfuls) 90g

  • Soured cream

    (0.4 tbsp) 5g

  • Honey

    (0.1 tbsp) 3g

  • Garlic

    (1 pc) 5g

Method

  • For the sauce, whip the egg yolks and mustard together until thick
  • Add the sour cream, chopped garlic and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
  • This is your caesar sauce. If it looks too thick, add a little water to loosen it
  • Marinate the chicken. Mix the honey, half of the oil and mustard together, season with salt and pepper and toss the chicken in it
  • Fry the chicken in the remaining oil
  • For the salad, put the lettuce on the plate and add the chopped tomatoes
  • Allow the chicken to cool. Slice it and place in on the salad
  • Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a dry pan
  • Put the croutons on the salad, followed by the parmesan cheese and caesar sauce
