  • Banana

  • Oats

  • Yoghurt, Greek, full-fat

    (4 tbsp) 85g

  • Protein Powder, Whey, Stevia-Vanilla

    10g

  • Almond milk

    (0.7 cups) 130g

  • Ground flaxseeds

    (0.5 tbsp) 5g

  • Carrot

    (1 pc) 70g

Method

  • Put everything in a blender with a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth
