I started using Fitlap nutrition plan in the end of July 2019. In just one month I had already lost 5 kg!
What I like most about this plan, is how simple and easy to make the food is. I get extra motivation from seeing other people succeed with this program. Even though I have had some ups and downs and felt bad about not following the plan 100%, I will still keep going with Fitlap.
My small tricks to others:
- Believe in yourself and notice even the little changes!
- The plan will give you a lot of extra energy
- If you struggle with yourself, just look at others succeed and talk to them for some extra motivation
- Keep your head high
